Z-1 Bio Protector is an SL-Aqua product based only on natural plant extracts. The Z-1 Bio Protector was created to control the population of planaria and hydra in plant aquariums and shrimp tanks. Z-1 Bio Protector is highly concentrated and very efficient. Only one dose is used on the first day. Z-1 Bio Protector packaging is enough for the treatment of over 52 containers with a capacity of 25 litres. The use of Z-1 Bio Protector in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation (observing the recommended doses) is completely safe for the bacterial flora in the tank and does not damage the so-called nitrogen cycle. It is harmless to fish, shrimps and plants. Each pack contains a measuring spoon.
Usage method:
Take the water from the aquarium where the Z-1 Bio Protector is to be used in a small beaker. For every 50 litres of water, add 2 level measuring spoons to the glass of aquarium water. Then mix well. Pour the resulting solution/suspension into the aquarium. The treatment lasts for 1 week. During this time, you should not change the water in the tank. After one week, 50% of the water should be changed.
Additional notes:
Do not exceed the suggested dosage. It is best to start the treatment after the weekly water change in the tank.
Z-1 Bio Protector may have a negative effect on some species of snails. It is recommended to remove the snails from the aquarium during the treatment with Z-1 Bio Protector.
Before administering Z-1 Bio Protector, it is recommended to dissolve the specified dose in a small amount of aquarium water, approx. 150 ml, and then mix thoroughly. We recommend that you use the popular so-called milk frother. Then pour the resulting suspension into the aquarium, preferably at the filter outlet, ensuring quick mixing of the preparation in the aquarium. Recommended treatment time with Z-1 Bio Protector – a week. During this time, you should not change the water. If there was a large number of planaria in the tank in which the Z-1 Bio Protector was used, the water may become cloudy. After a week, perform a 50% water change and add bacteria. If, after a week of treatment with Z-1 Bio Protector, the reduction of the plenary and hydra population is satisfactory, the treatment should be terminated. Otherwise, the treatment can be repeated. The package contains 10 g of Z-1 Bio Protector. 1 The measuring spoon included in the box corresponds to 0.18-0.19 g of Z-1. 1 teaspoon is a dose for 25 litres of water (2 teaspoons per 50 litres of water). So the packaging of Z-1 Bio Protector is enough for the treatment of over 52 tanks with a capacity of 25 litres.
